Except for the village of Collinsville, Canton in the Victorian period was primarily a farming community, so we devote one whole floor of our museum to items related to life on the farm.
This is a Collins Company plow.
The lower level contains a large collection of 18th and 19th century farm machinery, tools, and household goods. Featured exhibits: Ice harvesting equipment, velocipedes, Victorian sleighs and carriages, and a kitchen.
