Grant Received - January 2018

The Canton Historical Society is pleased to be the recipient of a grant from the Conservation Connection for a free visit from a traveling Archivist.  We will now have information on our archives on-line through Western Connecticut State University. 

"The Lure of Litchfield" for sale at the museum

The Canton Historical Museum has old issues of the "Lure of Litchfield" for sale.  The supply is limited so it is first come, first served.  You can pick up editions at the Museum Gift Shop, or you can Click Here To Print An Order Form.  Please remember supplies are limited.  When they are gone, they are all gone.

Grant Received - November 2017

The Canton Historical Society is pleased to be the recipient of a grant from the Hartford Foundation For Public Giving in the amount of $10,000 over a two year period.  This grant will go towards additional programs at the museum and building emergencies.  Thank you Hartford Foundation For Public Giving.
